Would an inconsiderate change of name render this institution of higher learning incompetent and impede the substantial rate of progress that we have accomplished over the past fourteen years?
Because rumours give a hint, and frankly, Universiti Teknologi Petroleum doesn't have a nice ring to it at all... sends out an incompetent perception...
